With our 80 years' of combined industry experience, we currently manage over 100 communities with over 11,000 residents in Monroe, Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties. Founded in 2001, KS Management was one of the first association management companies in Michigan. Since the beginning, we've strived to serve as the primary source of information for co-owners, homeowners, and board members of the communities we manage.
