KS Services is a Southeast Michigan–based property management company specializing in HOA and community association management. With over 80 years of combined industry experience, we proudly manage more than 100 communities and serve over 10,000 residents across multiple states.

Founded in 2001, KS was one of the first association management companies in Michigan. Since the beginning, we've strived to serve as the primary source of information for co-owners, homeowners, and Board Members of the communities we manage. We work together to make each community the best it can be.

This industry is unique in the fact that it changes almost daily. Embracing that change with an innovative approach has been key to the success of our company. We focus on responsible growth, innovation, training, development, relationship building, transparency, exceeding expectations, and giving back to our communities.
