We are KS Management, the leading management company in the condominium and homeowner association industry. With our 80 years' of combined industry experience, we currently manage over 100 communities with over 8000 residents in Monroe, Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties.
Founded in 2001, KS Management was one of the first association management companies in Michigan. Since the beginning, we've strived to serve as the primary source of information for co-owners, homeowners, and Board Members of the communities we manage. We work together to make each community the best it can be.
This industry is unique in the fact that it changes almost daily. Embracing that change with an innovative approach has been key to the success of our company.
