Meet Jeremy

Jeremy Reyna is the driving force behind KS Management's remarkable ascent to the top of the association management industry. When he took over KS Management, it was a small operation with humble beginnings. However, with his experience in the property management industry through his landscaping business, he saw its enormous potential for growth and improvement. Jeremy was determined to enhance community management standards and worked tirelessly towards that goal. Under his leadership, KS Management has become a prominent player in the industry, a testament to his vision and hard work.

Recognizing the need for dependable contractors in the community, he established KS Property Maintenance, and quickly became an essential component of the KS team. In 2016, Jeremy assumed the challenge of owning KS Management, and he hasn't looked back since. He led a comprehensive overhaul of the company's operations, which included a complete renovation of the office and a transition to a single software system to meet all of their requirements.

In 2020, KS went completely digital, and broadened its footprint to encompass more communities in downriver and as far north as Milford, MI. It became evident by the middle of the year that the Wyandotte office could no longer accommodate the growing number of KS employees. With 14 staff members working there, the hunt for a new headquarters began. They searched for a site that could accommodate the existing team as well as future expansion. A site was found in Southgate that was conveniently situated near I-75, Southfield Freeway, and I-94. The new office was gutted and renovated in preparation for the move in early 2021.

KS Headquarters has now grown to serve over 100 associations in four counties, with a team of more than 30 devoted employees. Jeremy's commitment to responsible growth, innovation, and relationship building has propelled the company to new heights.
