We are KS Management, the leading management company in the condominium and homeowner association industry. With our 80 years' of combined industry experience, we currently manage over 100 communities with over 8000 residents in Monroe, Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties. Founded in 2001, KS Management was one of the first association management companies in Michigan.
