Director of Operations
Lee Powers is an accomplished and dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Columbia Southern University. With over 6 years of experience as a Financial Center Operations Manager at Bank of America, Lee honed his skills in sales, customer service, finances, auditing, and compliance. However, his true passion lies in Community Association Management, which he joined in 2016 as a Community Association Manager for KS Management.
Through hard work and dedication, Lee earned his CMCA® credential in 2017 and his AMS® credential in 2018. In 2021, Lee achieved the highest professional credential for Community Managers - the PCAM® credential, making him one of only 12 professionals in the State of Michigan to hold this esteemed designation.
Through all these studies, Lee was also able to focus on responsible growth, innovation, training, development, relationship building, transparency, and exceeding expectations. With Lee's leadership as Director of Operations, KS Management's portfolio has grown to over 100 associations in Monroe, Wayne, Oakland, and Washtenaw Counties, with a staff exceeding 30 employees.
Lee's success is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and passion for what he does. He takes pride in his accomplishments but also values building meaningful relationships with his associations and colleagues. Lee's genuine care for the communities he serves is what makes him stand out as a remarkable leader.
